The content on this website is general information about my services. It is not professional advice and you should not rely on it as such. Examples of campaigns, platforms and results are illustrative, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.
I aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but I do not promise that it is complete, accurate or free from errors.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry or booking a call does not create a contract or commit either of us to working together. Any consultancy engagement will be governed by a separate written consultancy agreement, which will take priority over these terms.
How I use the details you give me is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Fees, cancellations and refunds
No payment is taken through this website, and enquiries and introductory calls are free of charge.
Every engagement starts with a written proposal showing the full fee before you commit. I am not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added. There are no hidden charges: any expenses or third-party costs, such as creator fees, are agreed with you in writing in advance.
Payment terms, cancellation and refunds are set out in your consultancy agreement, and are agreed before any work begins. If you have a question about an invoice, email Glenn@espritconsultancy.co.uk.
Intellectual property
The design, text and original images on this website are owned by me or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Brand names, logos and trade marks shown on this website, including those of brands and social media platforms, belong to their respective owners. They are shown to identify brands and platforms I have worked with or across, and their use does not imply endorsement or a current commercial relationship.
This website uses the Inter and Source Code Pro typefaces under the SIL Open Font Licence, and the GSAP and three.js libraries under their own licences. The portrait photograph is my own.
Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, such as social media platforms and Google Calendar. I have no control over their content and am not responsible for them or for how they use your data.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
